Synegor Law Firm at the year’s key IP conference — IP UKRAINE NOW 2025

On 31 October, Yelyzaveta Kibets, a lawyer at Synegor Law Firm, took part in the IP UKRAINE NOW 2025 conference, organised by the Ukrainian Bar Association.

The event was the flagship IP event of the year, dedicated to the transformation of Ukraine’s IP system in the context of European integration.

Discussions focused on the adaptation of Ukrainian legislation to EU standards, the development of copyright law, the protection of trade marks and inventions, and the legal aspects of the use of artificial intelligence.

The event is renowned as a unique platform for the exchange of experiences and views amongst representatives of state bodies, judges, leading experts in the field of intellectual property, as well as heads of law firms, attorneys, patent attorneys, forensic experts and academics.

The conference brought together leading experts, judges, business representatives and government officials to formulate a shared vision for the future of intellectual property in Ukraine.
